As soon as I saw Tom dropped his new song (over an hour late, hate me) I stopped LITERALLY everything I did and first watched the MV and then your reaction. So right now I am sitting butt naked in the shower, finishing up this comment so I can shower and clean off all the heat caused by the fire of that new song!! 💥🔥 In the end I found that Tom's songs all have a single very easy to understand message. Kept simple and clean. For example: White Boy- don't be racist Dear Rappers- Get real again Sad Rappers- Don't listen to garbage. Straight White Male- Don't be an asshole Castle- We all got a story I wish- Everybody is allowed to feel lost and hurt This House- We won't back down Hangman- I won't give up At least that's what I get from them. So, thank you Tom. You're great ❤

@@ancientmingyu0604 My favorite is Castles, as it addresses one of the biggest problems with our society - judgement. When we judge we cease to see the other as human, seeing them as less than ourselves, and allows us an excuse to not care about the other. The world is a different place when people respect each other and can appreciate the good in others. That is not to say don't have boundaries, however when we see the good in others, we also may see a small way to encourage that good as well.

I just noticed something. At 3:00 when he has the video paused the measurements in the back are 6'4" and 5'8". In MGKs rap devil(bad eminem diss), he says he could never look up to em because he's 5'8" and mgk is 6'4". In this vid 5'8" is above 6'4", implying that em is better than mgk. Which is obviously true, but tom also has himself as taller than both measurements, which may be saying he's better than both. Either I'm crazy or tom Macdonald is throwing very well hidden shots at Eminem.

Factually, it's more about class than it is about race in the world. Actual racist acts are down significantly since the end of segregation, I'm almost positive, but we've got the media now who is complicit in sensationalizing when it DOES happen and trying to paint it so that it's much more common than it is. This is being done in order to divide the middle and lower class, and breed distrust. For instance, white cop shoots black suspect, and it's immediately driven home as systemic racism. Why? Well, because when it's programmed into the black community that white people at large are, every single day, victimizing blacks, it pisses off the black community, and elements of the black community lashes out and the white community. The lashing out is touted and broadcast by the media, so now middle and poor whites see it and THEY feel like they're being unfairly labeled by the black community, and now elements of the white community pissed off. And what do THEY do? They do the same thing...they lash out at the black community. What does all of this accomplish? Well, it breeds a divided front. It reinforces the idea that we can't trust one another, so we keep an eye on what everyone else around us is doing. But you know what we do in the mean time, while we're staring down each other? We're ignoring the banking cabals, and the rich elites, who are REALLY the ones screwing over ALL of the poor and middle class blacks, whites, hispanics, whoever. If the biggest threat to your house of cards position of power is too busy fighting each other, you never have to worry about losing your position of power. Because I promise you this, if the poor and middle class of ALL races in the US would stop fighting each other for long enough to look at what the rich are doing to us all, the elites wouldn't be DOING it for much longer.

When it comes to me. I usually don't like throwing a color in front of privilege. I look at the individual with how they're living and when it comes to cases with courts or police. I'm not gonna be dumb and go "it wasn't cause of racism" some cases can be because of it. But when it comes to comparing two similar cases you gotta look at all the factors. And then you have the media who will love throwing color in front of everything to gain views and push their agenda out there. It's why it's important for everyone to think for themselves and don't always believe what they hear from the news or shows and now social media. A lot of stuff just tries to cause more division cause it's easy $ and so easy to generalize. Have a good one man and keep safe. Enjoyed the video.

Not only are we not the same individuals, but my family never owned slaves all the way back. We immigrated here from Greece and Turkey in the 50s. For someone to say that i am responsible for slavery when none of my family ever held slaves is just BS. Not only that but during the height of slavery only about 2 to 3 percent of the population owed slaves. To say that all white people when most of our ancestors didn't own slaves is just racism. I look like someone who did something bad so i am bad. thats the point of this song.

Killed it! You just need to be careful about those "exact same cases" where the 2 black dudes got more time than the 2 white dudes. Technically true, but it wasn't the first offense. They took prior offenses into account. So let's say you and I are buddies who rob a bank. We are up for the same charges, but they look at my background and I've had Armed Robbery on my record already and you did not. I'm getting a SHIT ton more time than you for committing this crime.

That's a bad example. To many factors play a roll to say white privilege. Factor 1. Different judges can be naturally harder or softer on their sentencing. Factor 2. One person could have had a better lawyer. Factor 3. The attitude of the person in court can affect their sentence. There is just to many factors to say white privilege when 2 people get to different sentencing for the same crime.

That case you mentioned with 1 black guy and 1 white guy doing the same crime but only the black guy done time for it. Do you know their previous convictions that would have been taken into account during sentencing.? At times it may look unfair but you never know unless you do a public records request for both of their criminal history. You can also request the court proceedings to see how each person handled themselves and to see which lawyer they had etc etc.
