Brad Holder, who is the person in question, was looked into very aggressively. He was clocked in at work all day, leaves work, and then at 4:20pm was checking into a local gym. So nothing ties Brad Holder, the odinist, to the crime scene or even the trails. These lawyers and this show won’t tell you that though. The defense is trying to say Brad Holder had a person or persons clock into work for him. But since Brad Holder has an alibi and no eyewitness can put him at the trails or crime scene, and there is no dna, phone data, or physical evidence that puts him there the Odin theory shouldn’t and will not be allowed because it’s irrelevant. If the defense can put any of the odonists at the trails from witnesses or if there is DnA or phone evidence to put them there the conspiracy theory can be included. The only thing that links Richard A to this crime is him being there at the time paramotors of when it happened. No foot print size matching anywhere near the bodies to Richards shoes or boots. No finger prints on the magic common bullet which take 3 to 5 prints to pickup and push in chamber holder. Girls brought directly to Ron Logan's back property nop where else but his hmmm ? Then which he ran 22 miles away at a fish store ? Asking relatives for and Alibye which was clearly a lie ??? hmmmm Why would he do this at this time this day yet no other...? Richard Alain hid his car Yes of course license suspended for a DUI common thing to do when hiding from getting caught again driving illegally.. a lot to loose if this happens... so that makes sense.. Ron logan known for violence to women and X past relationships... Ron Logan isn't innocent cops instinct in the beginning was right on. Richard Alain known for being a great husband dad fun guy...hmmmmmmm Wrong place at the wrong time... Voice matched Ron Logan's to the T Never heard Richard Alain say those words does his voice match like Ron's This murder took time ... Someone familiar with rituals!!! Oddinizm all over this town hmmmmm Richard Alain nothing on his computer nothing on his phone nothing leading or meeting the girls on bridge. So we have a Sick boy almost man well a young man posing as a sex build young boy to lore to young pretty little girls to this meeting at the bridge...Then they are taken brought to Ron Logan's house and scarifiest to this old ritual ? To much way to much... Imposter posing as this group to lead a authorities astray or is it really them ...and got caught this time... pinning it on a drunk Richard Alain.. Bloody and muddy where the girl were killed was dry brush area no mud what so ever. To many directions in this case. But. Richard A being there looking like this killer matching kinda (JC Penny cloths which is common in this town) But, my dilemma is Ron logan knows this land by the back of his hand sounds looks and would be there easily Girls brought to his land Ron logan runs 22 miles away after the killing supposedly easily 1 hour drive why? fish ? store? does he have a bill? why ask family for fake I was with you if law asks? Why? Guilty in my opinion. GIVE RICHARD ALAIN THE MILITARY TRUTH DRUG he will tell the truth hook him up to a truth machine also ..once and for all!! RICHARD call his wife all these confessions ??? he is being tourched him look at this man they broken him confess confess ... They think it is but is it. Ron ran and is connected with killers meth dealers friends kids who murdered a girl Girls are brought to his property and home...hmmmmmmmmmmmm Richard stayed and cooperated with authority's nothing on his computer nothing no nothing? no DNA finger prints shoe prints or anyone coming forward hey saw my neighbor etc... nothing? pin'd it on him looks like you were there wrong place at the wrong time. These girls were killed by a sick twisted serial killer who has done this before it would match other killings. Richard Alain has no priors at all now he at 44 years old is into ritual killings.. Someone said it was the church out there a secret church hmmmmmmm now I understand what they meant.

Earlier on in the case she made a bad decision which was overturned by the Supreme Court. A couple of her other decisions have been questionable (ordering the trial to be only 2 weeks, for example). However, so far nothing she has done has been enough to get her recused, and the consensus by people attending these pre trials seems to be that she has been fair and professional, and there have been no uprising against her for her actions or attitude lately. I am hoping all parties will come together in October and there will be a fair trial for RA.

Some people may be comfortable with statements made by a man who was going through severe mental health problems.. but those of us who care about human rights and human dignity are not comfortable with anyone being treated the way RA was. The man wasn't allowed to sleep or wash, he wasn't eating right and wasn't allowed out for physical exercise and he was given unknown medication and he was threatened. And people are ok with confessions under these conditions?? ...This is American not North Korea. His defense claims that prison guards even made threats to him about his wife and daughter, if he didn't confess and they were recording him with a video camera while speaking with his lawyers to make sure he confessed. The man was so out of his mind he was eating his own poop!! ... people may laugh at that but all it shows is how out of touch with reality he really was. He didn't even get the details right unlike Elvis F one of the suspects who was questioned early on...he knew which girl had sticks placed in her hair!!!
