To achieve this physic you dont need to much Gear...low dose with good training and good diet...you can sustain that for years

Thanks Richard, I am guilty of pausing at the top, but I bring the dumbells together and squeeze the chest for two to three seconds, and then back down. Do you think I am wasting my time by doing this? After watching you doing dumbells for the chest, I have eliminated doing barbell presses, and have noticed a big difference in my chest gains. You’re definitely not wasting time doing it like that, it’s just that i prefer doing continuous reps instead of waiting at the top. But when the weight gets really heavy i do it the same way as you’re doing it ;) keep it up 💪🏽

Hello bro ❤️ i need to take you opinion please 😅 i finished my bodybuilding contest 10 days ago and this then i have been binging alot may be more than 7000 calories a day after i was only ranging from 1500-1800calories per day in the prep but i lost control ..now i feel that i am alot watery i feel that all i have done had gone away 😅 the problem is that i have another contest on 13/3 so can i return back in such a small period of time or it is just over ??!
