Awesome!! I think people should focus more on Hamstrings... most people (especially those who train less than 2-3 years) neglect hamstring work, they're doing just 3-5 sets of curls once a week. So great job by focussing on them Richard!

My legs have a very weird shape, my outer quads are pretty developed compared to the rest of my legs. My calves are small, i store majority of my fat in my inner tighs, and my teardrop (vmo) is there, but covered in fat, while my outer wuad is very visible. My main focus is hamstrings and vmo, why losing fat😅 my legs used to be my best bodypart, now they just look really weird

Hi when you say working sets is failure sets ? But same weight for example 4 plates pendulum 1 set 12 reps 2 set 10 reps 3 sets 8 reps yes ?
