TROND Bluetooth Transmitter and Receiver with Optical

how do i set up this device to go from my samsung tv to my wireless headphones and from this device to my BOSE surround sound?

Thanks for the video! I have the Trond BT-Duo X connected to my Samsung TV using the optical so I moved the switch to SPDIF. The Trond is in pairing mode (flashing alternately red & blue), and my Google Pixel A ear buds are in pairing mode. They aren't connecting, and it's been over 5 minutes. Am I doing something wrong?
