I don’t like to consider Gervais as just a comedian. He’s just a comedic genius and it’s not like just hearing joke after joke it’s like just a well done story that’s hilarious. I’m jealous of his creativity and wit but it comes from a genuine place nothing nasty.

Ír was billy connolly who started this observational type of comedy including it, naturally, in a story. It was the irony of a situation that got Billy and I must admit I am a bit like that too. If I see myself or others in a scene that is so ironic I will be in fits of laughter. I remember being at the cinema with my partner a few yrs ago. It was an afternoon showing and the place was empty. A very young couple came in and the boy was obviously out to impress his girlfriend. Now u have to bear in mind the place had about 10 pple in it for somewhere that cld seat 200+. Well the boy reads the seat number on their ticket, finds the row and reads the seats as he moves along. Well he came to one of the 2 seats that was on their ticket and someone else was sitting in ít. He proceeded to tell the man to move, that this seat was his. We cld see the man look around and look back at the couple as if to say 'u r joking, aren't u?'. Anyway the fellow eventually had to move and let the 2 of them sit in their seats. Now I don't believe u had to pay to book úr seat and maybe it is a matter of principle to some but honestly they cld have gone to the 2 seats either side. My partner and myself were in stitches. Looking around at all the empty seats and a punch up nearly ensuing over 1 seat. Amazing.

Not that simple. Eating and drinking less after long periods of eating too much causes your body to store fats because it thinks your starving. Diets and weight loss aren’t an easy 1 month plan it takes time and patience to counteract what our bodies accept as our normal. If you’ve been fat for years it will take years to work it off, not weeks.

Losing weight in a week is pretty hard. When you're already fat your body biologically doesn't want to lose the fat, and most people don't get fat off sweets, they usually get fat off of carbs (things like bread or pasta), though the amount of people that regularly drink pop/soda is large, and that's just sugars and a problem. I'm about 140lbs, but my diet is mostly Dr. Pepper and cigs sooooo yeah. I'm lightweight but that's just slight starvation. I'm only writing this because it's a common assumption and misconception that fat people are fat because they eat sweets a lot. I've had fat friends that were confused and annoyed because they would never eat sweets but they were still fat. (Their fix was just eating less carbs and more biking)
@mf4390
@mf4390 3 жыл бұрын
Doesn’t matter if it’s sweets or carbs too many calories means you put on weight! People can get fat off too much pasta and bread sure, but it is far easier to be fat from sweets because they are so calorie dense.

@@andrewsnyder9301 No I'm sorry but you won't. Eating mostly carbs on a low calorie diet will leave you hungry, for sure, which I wouldn't recommend because in the long term it will likely result in overeating. But truly eating low calorie will make you lose weight, no matter where those calories came from. Also, I wish people would distinguish more between simple carbs (=sugars and simple starches) and complex carbs (=complex starches and technically also fibre falls into this category). Most people will agree that simple carbs should be eaten in moderation (or cut out of your diet entirely if you prefer). Complex carbs however are pretty good for you, they don't give that blood sugar spike like simple carbs do and they help your gut work like it's supposed to. Obviously it's possible to eat too much complex carbs also, but you've gotta try much harder to do so.
