Wow, it's amazing going back and listening to these old shows. Karl actually talking about things he enjoys and happy times in his life. He even laughs a few times. He always seemed so depressed in the Guide To's and the tv show. Nice to see the more human side of Karl.

I used to listen to XFM show everyday and then start over from the beginning after eventually listening to the last show. There's so many that you can just loop it infinitely. It's so weird to think that I've spent a lot of my childhood in Porthmadog at the same holiday park where he was saying he went. I think during An Idiot Abroad or something he went back to the caravan park as a one off at the end of the episode or something and he went through all the arcades and stuff which I probably at the time of watching that had been there not a few months or year earlier.
