The Nunavut Emergency Management Ground Search and Rescue and Pond Inlet RCMP are asking for the public's assistance, in locating 15 year old, Rico Akpaleapik, a missing Inuit boy, from Pond Inlet, Nunavut. Rico is described, as having brown eyes and black hair, (*there is no height and weight posted). He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black pants, with black shoes and had blue headphones with him.
Rico was last seen on October 2nd 2024, in Pond Inlet, Nunavut. Police and Rico's family are concerned for his well-being.
