Yeah probably one of the transplants from other states that give Florida a bad name. Because people who are born there aren't dumb like this. It's the people who are raised in other shit hole States who come and don't learn about the wildlife and make stupid ass decisions because unlike the people who were born there, weren't raised to deal with it properly. Please by all means take all these people moving here back because nobody wants them. I just want to wake up drive 6 minutes down the road to the number one beach in the entire country where people spend thousands and thousands of dollars to travel to for just a week. Then I want to bring home one of those gorgeous spring break girls that I never have to talk to again because they're leaving next week and only wants me to ocean Ramsey her with my great white 😉

There's been a few of those incidents now where turtles have used surfboards or paddle boards to avoid sharks. Definitely interesting behavior and would be interesting to see further studies on that. Also seriously don't touch sharks. That stingray video seriously made me sigh in exasperation.
@stormevans6897
@stormevans6897 2 жыл бұрын
It must happen extremely often, tiger sharks and turtles have had a long relationship. I suppose every now and then a turtle will try to put something between it and a tiger shark because the turtles that do that go on to be successful, so there is a more of a chance that their offspring would try to implement that behavior, probably with anything floating in the ocean be it a paddle boarder or a log.

Good morning Kristian, I was hoping I could get your ideas on something. Often I have heard about a shark in water with many people, but they seem to close in on one person in particular. Could it have anything to do with a possible heart problem with that one person. You have taught us how sensitive their ampullae of Lorenzini is. Is it possible ??? You are the only person I could think of to ask. I know you are a busy man with a hugely deserved following and if you don't have time to answer, it's ok. I still stop EVERY video i am watching when i see you have posted a new video. P.S. If you had been one of my teachers, I would have loved school so much more !! For the turtle, tiger shark and paddleboard incident; would a turtle use a paddelboard as a distraction or barrier to try to avoid being eaten? Are they that smart?

In the Mediterranean, around Italy, Sardinia and Sicily, there's been several cases of blue sharks just randomly swimming near the beach or getting stranded, though most of the time they were successfully sent back to open waters. I just wonder what could possibly trigger these animals into doing this.

No Florida people who are born here like myself actually know how to fish and deal with wildlife. It's the transplants from other shit hole states that move here and take up space and give us a bad name. Actual Floridians get a bad name due to morons who transplant

Airlifted for a pinky? Phh I got run over, broke my back and crawled a fair distance up the road before someone stopped me! 😃 My question today is about porbeagle sharks if you have time. Chibi cousins of the great white I understand. We have lots of them here, fair sizes too. Why aren't they eating anyone? Thanks for another great video. Really appreciate them x

Thats some badass recovery from you there! R.e Porbeagles, their diet is mostly based around fish species, they're also a fair bit smaller than whites on average, so generally wouldn't be going anywhere near people!

The blue shark swimming in the river was a rare sighting to see. The colour over its back would make it stand out in that region.

You can see them right here in the U.K. if you like! Basking sharks and blues are often seen off the west coasts of England/Scotland in the summer. Would recommend swimming with those two species for sure!

Just curious on where you fall in regards to human intervention in the case of the blue shark that you showed? Ie Should you let nature take its course and avoid the risk that a struggling shark poses.
@SHARKBYTES
@SHARKBYTES 2 жыл бұрын
It’s so tough, but in a situation like that I think I’d leave it. If a shark is stranding it could be a very ill individual, perhaps with some kind of disease. Releasing that individual back out into the wild might spread that disease to more individuals. Obviously that’s all hypothetical, but I think it’s very context dependant!
