put some plastic tube over the all thread. for one thing, that way you cannot pull the wood to tight together and make indentations. For the second reason, this metal is sticking out of the concrete and after a while will rust (different with the rebar). Rust will swell and ultimately will break the foundation of your building over time. With the plasic tubing around the allthread, you are able to remove it after the concrete is cured. plug the holes after pulling the rods and you are done.

i built my forms the same way but to hold them from spreading i used the twisted wires with a loop on each end, just lay them in as you stack the boards and then a nail or bolt on the outside to lock in. they worked great and just clip or break the ends off when forms are removed.

you typically want to keep the all thread (or other bracing) closer to the bottom since that is where the most concrete outward pressure will be. 2 towards the bottom is better than 2 balanced evenly along the height. Im sure you'll be fine, great progress

the hydrostatic pressure in the area of the doors or any place lower than the top of the form will require additional reinforcement. Think about the weight and force of the wall pushing against those openings.

If your concrete mix is on the thinner side then you run the risk of it coming out of the man-door and car-door openings. You need only to cap them till the cement sets a bit then pull and smooth later. When you pull the forms later make sure to wear good masks when cleaning the form boards. You need to keep a can of medical 1st aid spray on hand. I hope Sether washed it well. This is just par for the course to get some nicks on the job. Thats why we wear gloves.

The difference would be petty much just the labor. Which is estimated at 20-40% of the total cost.

@canadiancray

A homestead is a house and surrounding land owned by a family. Off grid just means its not utilizing local utilities like water and electric etc. You can have a Homestead connected to utilities which would be "On Grid".

Not sure about what regulations are in your area, but there should be two j-bolts per board. At the corners where your doors are, those small 12''ish inch sections between the corner and the door rough opening needs two jbolts despite how short they are (prevents the sill from rotating on the foundation)
