On the adjustable Whoopi’s sling can we attach the block to the adjustable loop? I don’t care for the slack or play on the fix eye side.

can I hang a whoopie or loopie sling over a branch or crotch in a basket or girth hitch configuration? I'm looking to be able to set and retrieve from the ground a main anchor point. something strong. thanks
