@@cassinihuygens72 not rude at all! its better to have animals cremated because dead animals can carry diseases that harm not only other animals, but humans too. if you call a vet they can set up a cremation and give you the ashes in a lovely little box. my cat died during a surgery(old cat, we knew there was a chance he wouldnt make it), and they gave us his ashes in a box that matched his brother, and an inking of his paw print. all in all its better for the health of creatures and the environment to have an animal cremated!

Silly Bella Thank you for explaining! Personally I would prefer to have my pets buried so I’m not polluting the air by having them burned up. (I’d also prefer to be buried myself) I would also consider aquamation, which is basically cremation but with water. It’s an alternative that may be better for the environment, but I’m unsure if it’s legal in all states. Personally that’s my opinion, but I see why the puppy would need to be cremated in this case. :)

At first I was angry at those workers for just giving away most of the puppies. But then the image of the final dead one showed on screen, and in hindsight they definitely did the right thing. 1. Those puppies were probably old enough to be weaned (so an appropriately adoptable age) 2. If they hadn't, it very much could've been more than one of those pups dead on the street for one reason or another if they left them all on the street together.

Yeah, i thought it was weird when the text on the video first said "sadly most of the puppies were given away" and thought that was supposed to be a good thing since not only are 7 puppies not living on the streets/potentially dead as i saw later, but they have homes and there is less work for HFP to do with finding adopters meaning that they can spare those resources for 7 other animals that need help. its a little sad for the mom but she will be fine and will still live a perfectly happy life knowing that 7 of her puppies are safe.

RealLife Adventures i have been rescuing cats and dogs in bali for almost 15 yrs..all my money and savings went to this but i am grateful for every single one i was able to save from a life of misery and offer them a safe place to be fostered and experience love &gentle care. For most a local foundation helped me find adopters but some never left..i always have circa 14 with me who are "permanent resident".. get ready to never have a day off nor being able to spontaneously get away for a weekend or a vacation... it is a lot of work, constant dedication and lot of heartache sometimes to but the joy one feels seeing them happy is the greatest reward ever.. Raymon Tutewohl yea but chances of surviving bottle-feeding at a warm house are way higher than while living outside with the mom. You saw what happened to other pup, homeless pups have lowered than 50% survival chance. I'd rather have a pup that is alive and requires special treatment than pup that is dead.

Anastasia Samoylik it's sad because the puppies could have diseases that can go unnoticed and be fatal if not taken care of. That and for all we know they could have been flea ridden and a lot of the time when people get an animal that has fleas they just turn it over to the shelter (usually a high kill shelter because people don't do their research)

Also, I didn't ever see anyone turning in animal for flees, anti-flea treatments are sold over the counter and cost as cheap as 3.50$. Death pate of home pups is extremely lower than that of homeless pups, even in southern states.
