I have been to the Doctor, she prescribed painkillers which they are going to make liver worse and increase the pain on the right side in the long term, not even caring about the source of the problem. After visiting repeatedly, the only suggestion is to go to physiotherapy, which of course didn't fix anything as well. It's so F up that I need to learn how to cure myself on KZbin 🤷

Doctors have no use for healthy people. They treat symptoms... they don't even try to find the root cause. It's really awful.
@nightxryder32474 жыл бұрын
Well the medical doctors probably do know but won't tell. My theory is this is how they get paid. Prescribe pills that won't do anything to solve the problem but only suppress it for a while. Anyways good on you getting back healthy.
@JYAN28524 жыл бұрын
Medical doctors don't know how to cure anything. They mainly use drugs to suppress symptoms because that's what they were trained in by pharmaceutical funded medical schools. Besides Dr Berg and a handful of other wholistic doctors, I recommend watching Dr Joel Wallach. He has a few audio CDs that people uploaded onto youtube 1) Dead Doctors Don't Lie 2) Hell's Kitchen 3) Public Enemy #1 60 essential minerals 16 essential vitamins 12 essential amino acids 3 essential fatty acids Chronic diseases and conditions are nothing more than nutritional deficiencies. The body knows how to heal itself. The body wanta to heal itself. We must supply it with all of the raw materials it needs to heal and remove toxic foods to be in optimal health.

Have not had a gallbladder for 11 years but have had muscle stiffness on the right side upper back for that long. Aside from a Phrenic nerve problem tied to the gallbladder and liver, the levator scapula and the trap are very sensitive to stress and will hike up during stress and anxiety episodes. Even 1.5 years of strict carnivore didn't help this for me. Finally, I began to do some slow stretches and light exercises for the mid-back and things have begun to loosen. It can be diet but it can also be your flight, freeze and fight reflex creating muscle memory.

I would like to note that if you sit at a computer for 40hrs a week and use the mouse that will also cause this pain. I have worked with an ergonomic doctor that said to make sure your not stretching that right arm when your using your mouse. Put something in front of it to help keep you from doing that. Make sure your in a relaxed position for typing if your lifting your shoulders because your a short person and you don't fit your desk properly to address those issues. These few tips have helped me tremendously. By all means try what he is saying because I have fixed a lot of other things with fasting and keto.

I satarted the keto diet around 6 weeks ago, everything went well I have been lossing weight constantly, I still from time to time use vegetable oils but I'm planning on cutting them off. I decided to slowly start intermitent fasting almost one week and a half ago (16-8). Now my right shoulder all the way to neck hurts. I'm guessing the vegetable oils could be part of the problem, but for what I have seen in your videos it should be the opposite, this diet should be the solution to that problem not the trigger for the pain. Apart from vegetable oils did I do something wrong? or I had fatty liber or bile from the start? should I continue with the diet? This is a recent video, so I hope Dr. Berg reads it or if someone else has somenthing similar happened to them that could share with me some tips note: I'm conffident in my english, but sorry if I made a mistake

Dr. Berg, may I ask you if it can cause the pain in the lower back between the plates? Any movements, or even laying down is very painful. Usually I have it in the spring and fall. Would it be the same treatment. No one can’t help me. Thank you kindly for your answer.
