Rika performs it smoothly and makes every movement comes more fluid and alive but less powerfull than what Sandra does... while Sandra performs it much powerfull but a bit stiff and every movement tends to seem like segmentation... both of them are best... it hard to distinguish which one is the best as they have their own superiotiry and defeciencies

the beginning of Sandra is where she totally cuts corners. She doesn't do correct stances and techniques in order to be quick. Rika does it and comes up slower. The speed of Sandra comes at a price of her sometimes really cutting corners. Look at it in 25% speed.
