Rika is a legend! I practice shotokan for 30 years and during these time I was been also a sparring partner for the under 21 kumite italian team. Everday watched agonists express themselves on high levels, but everytime I see Rika's kata I would like run to the dojo to improve my style. Her expressive strength, kime, all.. Been training for 13 yrs and I am familiar with the kata but I have to say this that she has an excellent flow and and agility, she does that with such humility and concentration. She is such a treasure in the world of karate.
