Hi jimmy, is it the same process for berlingo 2017 auto? Press the brake to stop crankshaft from turning? I was told it I take off crankshaft sensor there is a place to put pin in? Was a bit unsure. Thanks buddy, great work as usual , I wish you were in west london !

So they do sound a bit chatty down low when not under load. Just had timing belt and gubbins too. Mine sounds like the end product before they get up to rpm

I’ve a very similar noise on 1.6 HDI however I already paid to have the timing belt done so don’t fancy paying the same again just to have this pulley done might try it myself 😂

My 508 1.6 ehdi have slight jerks when i lift off throtle. I changed everything, clutch flywhell, engine mounts, aux belt and tensioners. When i turn on A/c jerks are almost gone. Can it be related to bad crank pulley?

No brother change the drive shafts mine made a metal noise when i left off the gas now when i changed those i put from 1.4 and the car felt so much better no jerking
