When they were running more trucks than what they’re allowed, (probably still are) they don’t have the space to store all of their trucks which is required to have an operator's licence so that’s why they’re parked outside. They sacked the previous ops manager for refusing to do things illegally! I’d imagine there is still a reason they don’t want you looking!
