Ma'am i from Jaunpur (UP), basically south Indians people speak good English & they are very consciousness about English langauges, but in North people are aware about English langauges but due to some political & conservative mindset people they neglect Look (English) langauges as inferior

We cannot generalise any particular part of a country or culture... people with determination and passion speak good language, people who find excuses and continue learning with wrong methods don't progress! There are several examples of sincere learners who learn on a daily basis...

They try to glorify the hindi langauges & even we don't have any problems with the mother tongue (hindi), but due to political gains, Politicans basically defaming the English langauges in North india in indirect way
