The Condor Rip Away EMT and Rip Away EMT Lite carry all your 1st aid gear. The pouches were designed to be able to rip-away from the modular platform when needed, and the strap on the platform keeps it from falling off accidentally. The Rip-Away design gives the ability to utilize the bag in place or "rip" it away for easier access or even to transfer items to another medic.

The EMT Lite seems to be a better design than the GI IFAK cause it's a smaller form and ripaway without an insert that has to be stuffed back in, it's just zipped up and stuck back to the velcro panel, and holds everything the IFAK does.
