Ripping Out Our RV "Dinette" and Installing a Removable Table

What are those metal fittings called? This is exactly what I was thinking of doing but wasn't sure something like that existed.

Hi Peter! If you're talking about the fittings that you put into the floor to mount a table, these are the ones we bought a few years ago (according to my Amazon history!). a.co/d/4LOIMgg There are also suggested items in that same page that have the whole assembly (the things for the floor, the table legs, and the mounts you'll put on the bottom of your table), so be sure to shop around to find what you need. One thing I had to pay attention to is there are different heights for the legs, they're not really standard, so make sure you measure based on where you'll be sitting. Our couch was on a slide so we needed our table to be a bit taller. You may also see a similar setup for boats, but we went with one labeled for RV use because it seemed a bit sturdier and we knew our tables would be on the heavier side.
