Risk Culture basics (2024)

David Hillson explains the basic principles of risk culture - what it is, why it matters, how to assess it and how to change it.
This in-person meeting of the IRM Charities SIG (www.theirm.org...) in London brought together leaders of major global and UK charities, who know that culture affects their ability to deliver value to their beneficiaries, especially in uncertain situations. The presentation was followed by lively discussion and debate, as participants explored how to apply David's insights in practice.
