It does have Native Quest support, but the graphics are scaled back considerably for standalone mode. Desktop is the most pretty way to play it

"Have they made new puzzles?" Oh boy... I haven't been able to engage here lately since life has gotten busy, but I will say I am really excited to see what you think of the new Riven! Personally I was a big fan of a lot of the changes they made, though I will always prefer the original live-action actors. Enjoy!

I dont really get why cyan broke the bridge, it ends up complicating later puzzles and extending play time for a seemingly arbitrary reason.

Tiny possible spoiler: . . . . . You didn't actually do anything with the spinning dome... in the remake there are occasional tremors, and by sheer coincidence there happened to be one at the exact moment you pressed the button :)
