That was a fun one man. No record breakers but fish were caught and trash was talked. And you even caught a carp lol. Got my biggest this year at at or above 30lbs on the whisker seeker cat and carp rod. Was a beast of a fish.

Watching several folks lose rods and reels while fishing off piers in Lake Michigan, we decided to anchor our outfits more securely. A large plastic pail with a small chunk of 1x4 inside and some clamp on rod holders did the trick. Fill the pails with water and the meanest Salmon could not pull it in. The empty pails can be used to haul small gear in and out. Luck!

My buddy and I were fishing for gills I caught one about 8 inches and flipped it at the bucket . Landed right in the bucket and I yelled 3 pointer and my buddy looked over just in time to see that gill come flying out of do a perfect 1 and a half and right back in the water . My buddy called it a ninja fish and we've been calling small fish Ninja,s ever since !

Man thanks for the content I went out on a kayak trip Saturday that got cut really short I lost my camera had a Scotty rod holder snap off with one of my rods in it so that’s gone.
