No one who has ever interacted with chuu believes anything bbc has to say. Blockberry is trash and always has been. The girls were constantly overworked to the point of illness and injury, literally STARVED when they debuted, and have NEVER been paid. Members have posted in support of chuu even after the bbc statement and 9 other members are now filing injunctions to leave the group. The company is reportedly under investigation for evading millions of dollars in taxes. Absolute dumpster fire of a company and orbits are just hoping for the members to leave the company altogether at this point .

so basically chuu sued blockberry creative because loona as whole haven’t been paid IN 6 YEARS. but chuu was being overworked since she was 16 she been doing dramas, commercials, OST’s, she has her “own” youtube channel the company wasn’t even providing transportation for her! she was taking taxis while hauling her own luggage. she paid out of her own pocket for her birthday event ( you know the money she hasn’t been getting paid? yeah) it was really bad. now the rest of the members are filing to the end their contracts as well.

I honestly feel like BlockBerry is holding them back. That is a group of talented girls. Their visuals *never* miss, and they’re all so unique. It’s unfortunate what happened to Chuu, I don’t feel like her pockets are hurting much though. She spent a lot of time building her resume. Her portfolio is pretty solid. Anygay, thank you (as always) for the amazing reaction❤ I’ll never regret subscribing four years ago 😌❤️

Fun fact about Chuu: She's the one who invented the apple heart trend that has become a staple in kpop community (kinda like the finger heart). Countless idols have copied it multiple times.

blockberry was mad that chuu exposed them for their mistreatment now most of the girls have left the group, excluding hyunjin & vivi because hyunjin still has a world cup schedule & vivi has a work visa with the company so I hope things get settled & all the girls leave

My heart breaks for the 12 members of Loona. These are very talented and hard working girls and their performances show it. BBC basically lying about Chuu and now 9 other members have also filed injunctions to suspend their contracts.

blockberry had these girls working their lives away. they were on a world tour this summer with a multimillion dollar revenue & their tour dates were so close together they went to new states every day without proper breaks. it got to the point where we went from 11 members on some days to 5 members left on stage on some of the last dates of the tour… and none of them have been paid… i want them out of that company

I'm not gonna say what I think is fact on the financial situation as I of course have no clue what actually is going on, but I bet loona had an debut debt, which is basically a debt you have to pay off as a cost of them training and debuting you. Smaller companys often do this with their groups because they are small and don't actually have the funds to debut groups and not go bankrupt. I'm guessing loona paid off their debt, chuu especially considering she is one of the most popular memebrs in loona and her solo song is EXTREMELY popular, like I don't even stan loona and I've heard few of their songs because they show up in a lot of fanmade content. Chuu's debt definitely had to be payed off by her solo alone, but she probably still didn't get paid for years. I saw that the ceo also just got in trouble for avoiding taxes too.

Blockberry can claim pretty much none of LOONA's success. Jaden, Monotree, Lee Soo Man, Ryan Jhun...their successes were always in spite of Blockberry, not assisted by them. They're a bafflingly bad company and although I wanted LOONA to be LOONA forever, I'll take whatever career direction makes them safe and gives them access to the money they earn.
