I’m in 8th grade this year and still watch tons of volleyball videos. Volleyball is my favorite sport and I have been playing it since 4th grade I have always been on the b team but my team is really good this year and I hope to be on the varsity team for volleyball as a freshman in high school

The level of skill from girls who are in 6th vs 8th is crazy, in 6th its mostly just gaining points from the serves 😂

I’m in 6th, play club and I’m good at volleyball I don’t just win my serves but usually school volleyball teams that fall between 6-8 are not good

Good job but small alive if you can’t do a over serve then don’t do it. Instead try a under serve. There is many types.

Congrats I’m in sixths too I have played club and so have a good amount of the girls on my team so I can say that as long as ur hustling even if these girls aren’t ncaa champions they’re in 6th so they have time to hustle and grow into great athletes

never swing your hands when you bump or you will get subbed out.

@@riyaririi 1. Try not to throw up the ball for underhand serves. (For overhand you have to) 2. Don’t swing your hands up. You will make the ball go backwards. 3. Don’t miss a lot of Games/Practices etc. You may get kicked off of the team. 4. For serving, make sure to know which person on the other team is not too good. Aim at that person. 5. This is major. CALL YOUR BALL!!! Many people including me loose points due to confusion. 6. If your benched, make sure to watch and cheer for your team. Your coach might put you in, or the cheering may help your team. 7. Give high fives!!! Support your team!!! 8. Don’t talk bad about other teammates. (Even if it’s true.) Only talk about it without the coach there. 9. Watch the ball! Even if the ball is coming at your face, call for the person behind you, or take a step back and set the ball 10. When spiking, make sure you don’t hit the net! It gives a point to the other team. 11. Also, when spiking, go for the bottom or side of the ball and push it up. It helps for it to not hit the net. 12. Don’t let the boys get to you. 13. MAJOR RULE!!! WIN OR LOOSE HAVE FUN!!!! If you need it: these are chants “We will, We will, rock you down shake y’all back up, like a volcano about to erupt, watch out (whatever team your playing) here we come, (your team name 2x) We’re number 1” “B-R-E-A-K, BREAK THE SERVE (clap clap) BREAK THE SERVE (clap clap) BREAK IT!!!” “Let’s go (team name) Lets go (clap clap)!!! Let’s go (team name) let’s go (clap clap)!!! More on 10 likes!!!
