Ah! The magic of pasta water! Capone may have been a reprehensible character but he knew what good pasta was! I once had meatballs with pine nuts, and I know it's a Callabreze thing. Another fine meal and another food history lesson! Rock On John!

No cheater's garlic allowed on Al Capone's dishes, Patrick....only the authentic best! I am truly impressed on how delicious this turned out. Reheated leftovers were even better. The flavors meld together and wow!
