I never thought that when I started following Olympic weightlifting that it'd be filled with so many incredible moments like this. I've followed every major IWF competition since January 2023. The crowds, the fans and the weightlifters themselves are all so varied, colorful and interesting. I'm also so appreciative of Max and Seb's commentary. They have so much info about the sport and the lifters. This is one of the most beautiful sports to watch. I'm looking forward to seeing who wins in Paris.

Tapi pas rizki balik dari pemulihan dan di kejuaraan phuket2024 terakhir rizki bisa ngeflip rahmat. Sebenernya agak kurang fair juga system kualifikasi weight lifting secara ga langsung setahun terakhir dominasi rahmat percuma ketika kalah sekali doang langsung gabisa ikut olimpic. Rahmat sama rizki itu masih imbang2 menurut gw. Sekarang juga kan ragmat top 2 nya 73

I'll be honest.. I just can't believe he hit those numbers with only 2 weeks of training after being off for so much time, especially if he has been recovering from a surgery. Look at Ilya after the 2012 Olympics, it took him months to get back to his peak shape. Barely doing 160/200 and going to 180/230 within 3-4 months. maybe I'm just sceptical.
