I totally feel the burn when it's time to lay on my side I use two 5lbs Dumbbells omg a killer but I love it I actually do this exercise everyday is that too much of a strain

You should never work any muscle everyday. That's dangerous and unhealthy because the muscles are broken down during exercise and grow and repair during rest. If you wish to work out every day, swap it out: one day lower body (legs, butt, calves), the second day upper body (arms, chest, abs) and so on.

The number of repetitions was fitting for me as a beginner, so I could make it through the video, but at the same time -unlike with other "beginner appropriate" shorter fitness videos -I really felt the impact. Especially the last set of exercises was great in that regard. I even knew the leg lift exercise, but I never thought of doing leg circles and the difference it made was just perfect. I also instantly loved that I can just squeeze this workout in on busy days. It is short enough to motivate myself to do it, even when I am tired or had a stressful day. Really just what I was looking for. (Also, as a former chihuahua ...I hesitate calling it "owner" , your interaction with your dog obviously made me relate to you a lot. They are the best stubborn grumpy old men.)

I've seen the results from week 1 but the key is to keep going because, for example, I stopped doing it for a week or so and I noticed my butt wasn't looking as good. I guess we have to do it regularly and just keep doing it to grow that muscle and see the long-term results. Honestly after doing this workout I feel sexier and more confident so for me is totally worth it ! My goal is to do this for a year and alternate it with the "thighs and calves" workout which I also really love. Hope my answer was useful :)

I guess I'm quite a few yrs late to the party 🥳 but I just wanna say that you're amazing 👏🏼 ! I wish I would've found this channel ages ago cuz you definitely know how to motivate even the laziest of mfs to workout 😂 by lazy mfs I mean myself 😳. Them lil pep talks er motivation boosts you randomly toss out there, are well needed and very recommended. Shout out to you for inspiring us to work on ourselves even if its just a lil bit at a time. You should look into motivational speaking, especially at elementary schools 🔊. The kids nowadays need someone like you. You could inspire sooo many children to think about their health while they're still young and full of energy. Kids don't get out as much due to all the fancy technology that keeps us all on our asses 😂. You'd do awesome anywhere tbh I'd 💀 or pay a fortune to someone like you as my personal trainer.
