Rebecca Louise is by far the best fitness instructor out there. I am 63 years old and have been active all of my life. I had found it difficult to find good workouts for the entire body but you have so many to choose from. I have tried so many of yours and none have disappointed me yet. Thank you! Hi Alphie! 🤡💕

The only other exposure to Rebecca Louise I had was an XHIT arm workout she did. I've been doing that one for a few months now, and seeing progress! I feel like this one is the next step up, and am excited to do it!

love this!! I just finished and I really can feel it in my arms. Thank you. I have almost lost 100 lbs and my arms are really flabby. I hope this will help get rid of it and help tone and shape them.

This is a great workout for arms 💪 I've been doing it for a month now and my arms are way tonner than they were, I've burnt a lot of fat, there's nothing hanging anymore. I'll keep it as part of my daily routine 👍

I have 3 simple questions Rebeca : 1. Is necessary to do cardio everyday and then followed with the other exercises (abs, thighs, arms etc)? or can I alternate with complete cardio one day and strength/conditioning exercises on the other? 2. How long should one do cardio exercises? 3. How many hours of workout everyday would be ideal?

30-60 mins is recommended so try to do a few videos on your own or i can pick them for you and show you what i do every day all you have to do is subscribe to the calendar, 30 day get fit!

You definitely want to hydrate, just take sips so that you don't get an upset tummy while moving around Xx
