This is a great workout for arms 💪 I've been doing it for a month now and my arms are way tonner than they were, I've burnt a lot of fat, there's nothing hanging anymore. I'll keep it as part of my daily routine 👍

Is necessary to do cardio everyday and then followed with the other exercises (abs, thighs, arms etc)? or can I alternate with complete cardio one day and strength/conditioning exercises on the other? 2.
