In the caravan I have adjusted the deadzone of the throttle to match exactly 0% at the throttle detent to beta/reverse. So I know that it is idle when at the detent. In your config it is full reverse when at idle. I've mapped a button on my yoke to "hold reverse thrust". So it applies it when I push that button and push the throttle lever forward it increases the reverse thrust to maximum, so I'm not using the negative bravo throttle axis behind the detent.

Maybe I have a solution for you concerning the TBM930. It is working fine on my B-throttle. I'm using postions 1,3 and 5. For the throttle position 1, for the propellor position 3 and for the mixture position 5. When I go the mixture through the detent and back (joystick button 28) the lever goes to low idle. Wait til the engine reaches about 13% and do the same again. Then the lever goes into high idle. Button 28 is mapped to "increase throttle". Propeller is mapped to "Propeller 1 axis" and the throttle to "throttle 1 axis". Hope it will work with you too.

I think Beta is not equal to Reverse. Beta, AFAIK, is no forward or backward thrust. The Pilatus can descend steeply with Beta, but reverse thrust is not permitted.

@@PeterNGloor you are right but the way they mapped beta in Draco X it automatically applies some reverse
