@@reibal Danke dir, freut mich sehr! LG

@@limittless. Wo finde ich denn das "Intructional"? Soll wahrscheinlich Instructional heißen.

@@limittless. Habe es gefunden... Wie kann es denn konkret helfen? Wie ist es aufgebaut? Braucht es dafür einen "besseren" Partner?
@limittless.

Very nice and informative video. Its great to follow your channel. I started table tennis at 47 years old (one year ago) and working hard to improve. My playstyle is much like yours and the things you working on is excactly what i work on now. My backhand is very good for my level but i working on footwork, openings and be more consistence with my forehand stroke. Keep up the good work and videos.

These videos are much more fun to watch, especially because you can take more information from it. I would also like to suggest that you provide Matthias with a mic and include his comments. Could it be that your arm is doing too much on the serve and your body weight shift is coming up short?

I like your style, I'm trying to comeback after being inactive for 10 years, your legs are quite developed, do you train them in the gym or just playing table tennis?
@limittless.
@limittless. Ай бұрын
@@vagav hey, cool to hear that. I just do yoga and mobility for my back. Legs come from Table Tennis and before that training jiu jitsu.

I have the same problem of stiffening my stroke and it being too long as well when I practice a lot against backspin. Its so hard to have a decent counter topspin all the while still being able to adjust your strokes to other types of balls. Being loose and playful in match situations where your team is depending on you and knowing how much work you have put into training and feeling that trainers have given you a shot and given their time ... its hard.

@@z0uLess Yeah the only way is to keep going and relax more both mentally and physically. I know I will solve it, just a matter of time. Martial arts taught me to never give up.

Ye looking very safe but very undangerous. All your strokes from serve to push to loop to topspins all are too safe and not dangerous at all and at 1500+ many ppl play much harder, have more tricky serves and are very safe so you need to build your win conditions and holding the ball until ur opponent makes error can work vs some risky players but is prob not enough in the long run to get good. As we talked last time you should involve some excercises where you really go for it, the opening loops can be much harder, the open topspins MUST be much harder and/or much more spinny to not let the opponent go back 1meter and shoot it back to you without any problem. So id increase the speed on all ur excercises esp with Matthias since he can block it easily and controlled, no need to play slow motion with him go harder and harder and even then it will only be half as hard as the 2k+ players playing them. Also the serves should be tricky.. a normal backspin serve is pretty much giving no advantage until u learn to vary the spin and hiding it well too to get bad returns, at least learn how to backspin/nospin with same motion if you dont wann go for sidespin/topspin serves yet.

@@Blackain66 yeah, I know. But as said last time these clips are 4-5 weeks old. I train to hit harder nowadays. It’s very tough though as I have the stiffness problem, especially in free games
@Blackain66
@Blackain66 Ай бұрын
@@limittless. ye i know, just saying they way u play with Matthias at the start is only good if u want to emphesize the footwork, im sure even with the stiffness u can go way harder and if u miss its okay, no need for 50ball rallies
