Wow, can't believe you had 2 stress fractures and you were able to recover and get back to such a high level of gym! I applaud you! When I was 13 I fractured my spine in 2 places as well and also had spondylolisthesis in my L5 vertebrae and had to retire from gym very early! I'm 21 now and I'm a dancer, I still suffer from back pain occasionally, but the fact that you fully recovered is a huge motivation for me even all these years after my injury, so thank you!

Oh, to be as young and fit as you are Nile! I was at one time long ago, but age takes a toll as does having been a Soldier for over 20 years and a Para. I admire you and all the others on the team for your dedication to the sport and a healthy lifestyle. Keep it up. Really enjoying your videos!! Cheers! xx :)

+Nile Wilson I served with the 82nd Airborne division and the 10th Special forces Group (Airborne). I have a lot of good friends in the Paras now, having worked with them previously and most recently as last year. I visited with some of them last Dec and am returning this Aug. Utrinque Paratus. Ad Omnes Unum! Airborne Nile!

Hi Nile, I've been watching your videos for a while now and I must say a huge well done on all you have achieved so far! I'm not a gymnast but I'm very passionate and serious about my fitness and sport - I'm Irish and I play a lot of Gaelic football which can be quite physically demanding. With your gymnastics, when you say you do you this warm-up routine every day, do you mean every training day or just every day of the week in general? I have my own warm-up exercises which I try to do every day (training days and rest days) to help my muscles recover and stay supple. Thanks for all the inspiring videos and advice, and best of luck on the road to Rio! You couldn't deserve it more!!

+Lucy Deegan Hey Lucy, massive thank you for your support & glad you like the videos... I only do this warm up routine on my training days. I personally like a complete day off where I can recover, relax & take my mind off gymnastics😊

Interesting that you say the body isn't designed for some of the positions. Are those positions bad for the body in the long term?

I make smoothies on a daily bases but I always succeed breaking the blender within a year. So I am thinking about getting a NutriBullet. Does it work good or is it a waste of money? Btw, great informative and motivational videos, you're awesome! :)
