HA HA! Tommy sauce with a Sunday roast thought I was the only one! Actually ask for no gravy just so I can put the sauce on, eat Yorkie puds first before applying the sauce though got to have standards. Encona sweet Thia chilli sauce works really well with rice also the sweet potato!

Whats your everage, dialy calories supply (i mean during regular training day and recovery day) and whats your bodie mass? Congrats for the channel, its absolutely great and funny as well!

I am around 68kg currently and would say i eat probably around 2000 calories a day - I don't track calories at all though so could be more or less depending on the day I have!
