Hey Nile, absolutely love your vids. I am a Dutch elite gymnast myself and you're my hero, not because of the fact that you're crazy good (which you are) but because you're one of the few gymnasts who actually shares his knowledge. Keep up the amazing work and I hope to see you competing at Worlds!

I just thought: "Man, how do you learn all this and never fall..." Then you fell. But man, you your KZbin videos are so amazing, and I think it is really interesting to have followed your way to the olympics and to get some inside views on what real professionals do to keep themselves fit and healthy as you do. keep up the great work!

HA HA! Tommy sauce with a Sunday roast thought I was the only one! Actually ask for no gravy just so I can put the sauce on, eat Yorkie puds first before applying the sauce though got to have standards. Encona sweet Thia chilli sauce works really well with rice also the sweet potato!

Hi Nile, what sort of breakfasts do you do with eggs? I don't know how to mix them up and make them exciting. Didn't think I would get sick of them but I think I am aha some ideas would be great!

Whats your everage, dialy calories supply (i mean during regular training day and recovery day) and whats your bodie mass? Congrats for the channel, its absolutely great and funny as well!

I am around 68kg currently and would say i eat probably around 2000 calories a day - I don't track calories at all though so could be more or less depending on the day I have!

than i need to cut down a bit... i'm heavier than you but my treining sessions last much shorter than yours! otherwise i feel like its gonna end like my shoulders and elbows ripped off Last question, how often do you do cardio? Thank for rapid reply and keep fingers crossed for your ankel and Worlds outcome!

egg'sss 😂😂 I eat a lot of them and much chicken and yoghurt so I'm on the right way I think, but I don't like "green" stuff ( vegetables ) are fruits also good?
