It was so nice of the receptionist to bake the pizza for you. I'd tip her well or at least leave a nice review. In regards to the horse. If you're a farmer you've got farmland therefore you can make hay that you feed the horse with. And stables you need some sort of stable.

The drinks around the road are homemade wine or other alcohol. Usually people in the villages make it with leftover fruits and if they have extra they try to sell it to get some money back. It’s not a real business where they try to survive only with this income.

Yes Nate, yogurt needs to be refrigerated before it's opened. Good rule of thumb is if it's in a refrigerated section at the grocery store it needs to stay cool, they wouldn't waste power on keeping it cool if they didn't have to (other than obvious exceptions such as sodas)

Re: language, I’m currently learning Romanian. It’s a mix of Spanish, Italian, and French. So if you know words in any of those, you’ll recognize some Romanian.

As an American who speaks Spanish & Portuguese, & likes studying languages for fun, it’s not entirely accurate. Romanian is more like Latin & Slavic languages mixed together. Romanian “da” is exactly like Slavic’s yes «да», for example
