You ahould do an ecu reset to help the car relearn witg the new airflow. Should help get some more power without a tune

You will only get a power increase if you add more fuel to the additional air going into the cylinders. Also, I thought the main benefit of the plenum spacer was about reducing the heat soak from the middle of the engine heating up the plenum and the induction air...

@@tracktimevideos5164 that’s my plan, get this RS paid off, then get a daily driver / track toy combined. Something like a Megane RS 300 Trophy. Then keep the Focus RS and use it as I do now 👍🏼

I’ve heard ppl say the spacer on the rev up is a loss in power? Anyone else hear this? I’ve heard unless you are adding the mrev2 with it it’s useless… I have a spacer… do I just not put it on?? Getting dyno tuned for bolt ons soon.. so I Wana make the best of it

Back in the days when I had a G35 I noticed NO DIFFERENCE from a plenum spacer. These cars don't respond very well to "mods".

its all about modding your car then getting it tuned the plenum won't give any power unless you send more fuel with the air

I would have given it some paint while it was off the car. Your channel is great for how you try to cover everything.

Seems like the brand for the plenum spacer really thought about it all, even spacers for the brace... Facing what the package includes I think the price isn't too bad for it. I would have been surprised if it would have created a huge power number but nevertheless I think it's a nice "little" MOD. Car modding isn't always about making sense, it's also about having fun in trying out stuff. I liked the video a lot and the commercial didn't hurt me at all. Don't understand the harsh comments... Should have spray painted the oxidised plenum for an extra 10 HP. My 2005 JDM Skyline 350GT has a similar engine (VQ). I enjoy your videos. Cheers.

Probably because he enjoys the car and there is a fan base out there for 350z which he is hoping to capitalise on to run his KZbin channel. Nothing wrong with that.
