I have put over 60,000 trouble free miles on my 2008 LR3 since it was new and yet I still hear about the relilabilty issues that plagued the older vehicles as if they pertain to the new models. In my experience these problems are a thing of the past. I would buy another Land Rover in a heartbeat!

No mention of over 30mpg from the diesel models, which are only a little slower but not that you would notice. Newer models a lot more reliable they used to be. Quite good review though.

2/2 road trips it was, but we don't need all that room every once in a great while we would have a third or fourth passenger with us but not enough to make it an issue. We live in Middle north PA, where is snows quite a bit, but my family is in lower TN so we would need something that can handle both freezing winter snow, mud, and hot summer sand, and dirt. I know both can handle it but after being able to drive both which one would you say did it the best for us '13 RR SC/ RR Evoque? thank you
@datboiwes33313 жыл бұрын
@Bravo21 Well VW sells diesels here in the US as well as Audi. BMW sells a 3-series diesel and I think Mercedes has diesels over here also. I really don't know the real reason why diesels are not more popular over here.

@pianoplayeruk13 жыл бұрын
@JChavsPorsches That is unfortunately because the 3.0 and 3.6 diesel engines make it very economical for such a big car. The 3.0 diesel gives about 25 mpg around town and close to 30 on a long journey. Of course it doesn't have the power of 5.0 petrol but it has plenty enough for including pulling trailers.
@iaincro9213 жыл бұрын
I'm from Scotland, UK. And the Range Rover is a big seller here. However I was wanting to know if the Range Rover is available in the US with the 4.4ltr V8 Diesel engine. Nearly all of the new Range Rovers sold in the Britain are Diesels, (with gas prices at nearly $11 per gallon, and the diesels offering slightly better MPG) Only the Flagship "Autobiogrphy" is available with the Jaguar 5.0ltr V8. Thanks, for the good review. ;-D

$90K still too much. Reliability issues continue to linger over Range Robber. I like Emme. She's down but not too down. She keeps it real during the review and isn't overly enthusiastic about every car ever built, just the good ones. The laundry basket idea is great. I can compare a 2011 jetta to this rover when considering space. Thanks for the review.

1/2 Emme I am looking at either buying the Range Rover HSE, or Evoque Coupe especially after watching your videos on it. It's just my Husband, myself and our dog. We do quite a bit of traveling every year and want something that you butt nor legs are killing you after sitting in it for 6 or 7 hours at a time. Price nor gas is an issues we are worried about; we are coming from an 2005 Ford Excursion Limited v-10 4X4 which got about 12 interstate and 8 in town. We loved how conferrable it was on

that sounds great to me, 18 miles a gallon on the freeway would be great, my car gets only 12 miles a gallon, the check engine light is on and I need air in my tires but I keep forgetting, if I had 18mpg then my daily drive to work would not be as costly ( I have a 3.8L V6 old car )
@camshaft5314912 жыл бұрын
what i dont understand is why people care so much about mpg if your spending 90k on a vehicle. Hell if i could afford a 50k vehicle i wouldnt care about mileage.
