That is literally the perfect supra. Makes me miss mine so much. The shape of these cars the most beautiful car shape. Absolute dream car. Mine was black but was non turbo because one that's what I could afford at the time and being a new license driver in aus you're restricted to what you can drive. It was my 2nd car I saved a few years for. Every cent I saved cause I wanted one so bad. Even skipping meals sometimes to save the money. Mine was black and had a few mods but kept super clean. After 2 years I was finally allowed to drive whatever and I wanted something turbo. Another car I wanted was a evo, so I sold the supra and got one. Silly me at the time didn't know much mechanically. In hindsight I could of turbod the supra or even put a rz motor in. At the time supras we're still relatively... Not cheap but not expensive. You could get a rz for 20-30k aud. I should of held onto it and built it up. But I didn't. Years later I regret it big time because now I can't afford the absurd prices they go for. Even na ones are stupid expensive. Every now and again I'll have dreams about having a black supra. They hold a very close place to my heart. Especially black ones.

Back in 2006 NA we’re going for $5-7k. Bought my 97 TT 6 spd for $24k & still have it, although a built 6466 now 😊🎉🎉

600-700 whp is the perfect power for these....people have gotten caught up with this 1000 figure but trust me most people I know personally with Supras agreed they enjoyed it more under a wider range especially bang per buck .

Nissan 300zx, Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4, and i love the boxed Evo look ... Supras and Eclipse were certainly top notch of the era.

$20k for MKIV Supras were the norm in the 2000s. NA auto Supras were in the $10-15k range. TT autos were in the $18k-28k range. 6 speeds were as low as $26k-$50k for rare colors. At least when I bought mine in 2006. They were the super car killers that the average car guy could afford. Now, it turned into a supercar itself due to price sadly.

True! I remember when I tried selling my first NA auto 93 in 2015, I was having a tough time finding a buyer at $14k, got lowballs for 10-12k all day. Sold it to a kid locally for $14k and people said I scammed him lol. I ended up buying another one 6 months later and I'm not letting this one go cause I'd never pay current market prices for one. In all fairness, prices have stabilized for now it seems.
