Yes, you are absolutely correct. For our videos, we are talking about the Roanoke Valley for these neighborhoods/areas. Most of our viewers are from out of the area, therefore, many times we keep it broader and give insight into the overall area. What would be your favorite, truly, Roanoke proper, neighborhoods?

Where are all the affordable housing? 200k-1mil. Come on normal people can't afford that. I stopped by Grandin/Wasena a few time. It is a small section, maybe 1/4 mile of shops. And by the way, co-op... $14 for 1 lb of chicken. Really? Please talk about normal affordable areas in Roanoke. Areas that young families can afford.

Based on the National and Virginia sales price averages, the Roanoke Valley comes in under those averages by a good bit, meaning Roanoke Valley is more affordable than many places. What steps have you taken to develop a plan to find out what you can afford? You might be pleasantly surprised ! Hope you have an amazing day!
