400 degrees; roast like you do any Root vegetables for 30 - 40 minutes or less; depends on ya oven !!!

@@smoothsailin9351 nice! The low fodmap diet has really been helping . I’m realizing now i can never eat onion or garlic :( BUT i soaked garlic in my olive oil so I don’t miss out on flavors ! And green onion is delicious and also low fodmap! Just in case you didn’t know!

Love all your recipes but you don’t always indicate what temp to cook or bake your creation. I saw you wrote to use broil setting at the end but not the bake setting. Your description does not indicate any temp setting either.

I tried it, the fennel turned a bitter after oven. You need to be strict vegetarian and also lactose intolerant to stay on dairy free diet then you can eat this
