The yellow on the aroace flag actually represents QUEERplatonic relationships! It's just ANY close committed partnership that exists outside of society's platonic/romantic binary, so you may live together, share finances, even get married or have kids, but not be romantically and/or sexually involved. They largely involve at least one aro or ace party, but can be had by basically anyone (including those people who get Friend Married, if they chose to adopt that label for themselves) Edit: the orange is bc its the 3rd secondary colour (alongside green & purple. The blue is bc its the only primary colour that features in both green (mixed w yellow), and purple (mixed w red) 😅

i am omnisexual and i strictly don’t identify with any other labels and i am NOT bisexual , it is very different. however, u did a good job explaining it but i can explain the colors to everyone: dark pink and light pink represent being attracted to femininity. purple (which shows on some flags as black) represents being attracted to other- meaning nonbinary peeps, genderfluid people, etc. dark and light blue represent being attracted to masculinity. another thing about omnisexuality is that many of us have heavy preferences for certain genders or sexes, for example i prefer woman or femininity over other genders but i still have attraction to all.

The actual mlm/nblm flag is called the "achillean flag", includes all sexualities where men love men (bi, pan, omni, etc.) the one you showed in the video is actually the gay flag, as in men loving only men, no women yk haha. For me regarding abrosexuality i would always put on a label and it would fit; until it didn’t. And I always thought something was wrong with me because i would finally find the ONE then it wouldn’t really be the one anymore. Finding out about Abrosexuality made me realize that this is normal.

Looks like we got very different tastes:D I get the sense that Noah loves a lot of bright colors together, while for me too many saturated colors clash. They hurt my eyes lol. I think I like a good mix of bright and pastel or more muted colors, which is why I find the sunset flag and the abro flag so esthetically pleasing.

about the aroace flag - to get purple you need to mix red and blue, and to get green you need to mix yellow and blue. once you mix purple and green together - blue will be the dominating color, so yellow and red are basically killed by blue or cancel each other out iirc. and yes, orange is in between purple and green in the color wheel (sorry if my explanation for the blue one isn’t correct, i’m still learning color theory)

The AroAce flag which is my flag (although i only recently discovered that we changed it 🙈) is so pretty and I actually love it more than the individual flags because of the lack of grey and black which are boring and depressing 😆 although green and purple are my favourite colours... I dunno I just feel like I relate to the sunset flag more... And yes you can say Arrow Ace I mean I do and I haven't been kicked out yet lol 😆 🧡💛🤍🩵💙

I'm AroAce, and like the orange & blue flag aesthetically, but really don't understand the colours. Green and purple are pretty much opposite to each other in the colour wheel, so EVERY colour is between them. Orange and blue are hardly special in that regard. If anything, I would have interpreted them as being as far from aro and ace as possible. Oh well.

The specific flag you were looking at is also known as the Vincian flag, but there is another flag called the achillian flag that is much more similar to the sapphic flag (also if you’re wondering why that polyamory flag looks like that, I’m pretty sure I heard somewhere that it was designed on MS paint or something)
