There is the drag color and drop tool. The drag and drop color tool is just where you have to hold the color circle for around 1 second and drag the color then you can not instantly hover over the thing you want to put it in and instantly release. you must hold for a second.

One thing hipaint does really well, is the magic wand tool. It's basically a masking tool, but for the selected area. No dotted line that misses whole areas. I also had no issues with crashing. But I'm definitely a hobbiest, and more into physical art, but I like the accessibility of digital art and am trying to learn. Btw, when using liquify, change the brush to medium airbrush and lower the opacity, this will make it smoother

I agree that what she said was wrong but you guys need to calm down some. Don’t get me wrong, It was a *bad* idea to post this before responding, but I think: 1. People on the internet don’t give others enough time to respond. A controversy will show up and if they don’t have a video up within a day y’all will start shouting that they’re ignoring it & running for the problem. I think it’s important for the creator to acknowledge the allegations exist and say “I’m working on a response” but don’t dog pile on them because it’s not immediately out. I know this isn’t *super* relevant but I wanted to mention it. 2. She said one or two things one time, and while I agree the things she said were wrong and she should be held accountable, there are people saying she hates black people?? I just think we need more information before we’re jumping to “Kooleen hates black people” 3. Noone would be saying anything if she hadn't Proceeded to say that "she doesn't draw ugly people" which is very iffy from the fact she doesn't draw anyone of color. So you can take that as you will. What really made everything take a toll for her is her recent video that she now deleted. Being asian doesn't stop you from being racist and colorist ( hell Asians are well known for not liking any skin tone that is anywhere from brown to black) cause there are black, Asian and white and both races think of us as being anything less than human. You are correct that Samdoesart doesn't usually draw people of color but you can actually see him attempt to and has done a few characters that are black, doing something is better than not trying at all( besides I only reallysee him drawing his main Ocs) . And even if he didn't draw anyone of color never once had he said anything that I would regard as putting down anyone or saying a feature that a whole RACE has and compare it to an animals.

Wow that's so cool, I just tried it right now for a tad bit. The color drag and drop works, though slightly differently. You need to hold it for a second or to before moving yo drop it. As for the other issues, I have not got to try those features yet. I've been using Procreate for months now and love it. However I'd like to try some other features and such too. 😊

I would just like to say: Yes, Kooleen should’ve never made that racist comment. And she surely needs to apologize about it. However, I do not agree with making her draw POC. Yes, encouragement is fine, and more diversity in her art would be great. But please know forcing an artist to draw a certain something is not the right course of action either. She’s not obligated to do so. But i still dont think that being unable to draw POC character art in her style is her being racist, i think it's just her being lazy or lacking effort in doing so. And as a black person myself, I don't see the use dwelling on this. Don't let a few remarks from a youtuber, mind you, ruin your self esteem.
