Roasting the WORST Na Na Na Surprise Dolls!

You are spot on with your criticisms on every single one. I really like Na Na Ma Surprise dolls in general - I think they’re a really interesting modern take on vintage stockinette dolls, especially those from the 60s that had giant eyes and armature bases. The designs started off with more cute generic animal theming, but they really started getting high concept once the teens hit the scene. A trash panda with clothes made of actual trash!? Not my collecting aesthetic but I absolutely appreciate the thought and humor that went into it. You cannot have her next to the boring dragon boy, as cute as he may be. Your comment about the tracksuit puppy boy made me laugh out loud. He’s so sweet and innocent looking but you’re right about the tracksuit giving wannabe alpha male “peacocking” sort of vibes. He’s going to walk up to me and try to neg me in the most adorable little voice. The leather daddy-furry bunny boy is also… well let’s just say he will be the best dressed kid at the underage bondage club. I also completely agree that the crab is the biggest disappointment of the bunch. Both the Odette/Odille doll and the koi doll are so so high concept: we even have music notes on the legs and we have a headband made of pond water and water lilies for the fish to “swim” under. It’s brilliant. And then we have a very cute red doll. She’s fine but such a let down next to the other two. The peacock is fine. She’s safe. It’s a safe animal and a safe execution and not every doll can be Avant-Garde. So, I’ve been thinking a lot about Erin… the more I think about her, the more I think she’s supposed to be a parody. Sartorial satire as it were. She is just SO aggressively “patriotic”. She looks like a OAN host at a trump rally. MGA designs tend to lean pretty progressive so I think the designers are having a little jab at overly obnoxious Americans who break the flag code with every outfit they wear. I still don’t want to own her, but so many of these dolls are tongue and cheek. I don’t think she’s a sincere homage to ‘Murica.

The Na na na dolls may look cute but not even worth the creativity, how are people going to make custom dolls out of them if their eyes are printed? I gave up on those dolls.

Honestly I only dislike the pink monkey girl cause I in general find any sort of anthro monkey/ape characters uncanny, their too close to being just a human Tho the bunny one-Lowky wish he came completly black and white(including his bag) because it’d be such a precious reference to Oswald the lucky rabbit

Lolololol......I LOVE your roasting reviews! They crack me up so much, even if your bashing a few dolls I like. Their dolls! It's all in fun. I get it! I really look forward to these reviews. It's refreshing and neccessary to be critical. Being nice and polite all the time is completely unrealistic and unnatural. NA na na dolls are very cute, but I don't collect them so this is super enjoyable to hear your hilarious and spot on criticism! Great review as usual!

I bought Liling Luck for half off mainly because I actually have a little figure of the lucky cat they both look cute together. She's cute and all but I notice her hair sheds when I try to style her. I do however really like the little coin purse and have gotten alot of use out of it.

Erica Featherton was who I thought of first when I saw you were doing this roast! Several of these dolls before her I hadn’t seen before and I agree with your roast of them! Definitely agree with Parker Scorch-so much missed opportunity!! I think the crab doll is okay, but she’s the weakest one of that line (I really want to get either the koi one or swan one but I am going to wait until they’re on sale!!)

I like the nanana boys alot better then I do the girls especially the ones with the hats !!!! I baught the Chinese lucky cat girl and I was soooo sad that her hat is sewn to their heads because they wanted to be cheep and not give them a full head of hair !!! At least the the boys have a full head of hair one way or another??? But I do agree the dragon boy I thought was a crocodile 😅, but you are very spot on and thank you for your video

Apologies first off because I can't remember any of the dolls names that you literally just mentioned so will be referring to them as the animals they are meant to be. Eagle girl - looks like she's on her way to a Trump rally. Also the bag she comes with looks more like a duck. Bunny boy - looks like he's off to a gay dance club to try and find a sugar daddy. I like his pink hair though. Also any doll in pleather scares me as I have older dolls who's pleather clothes basically perish and disintegrate. Dragon boy - this one I see all the time heavily reduced so I'm guessing he wasn't popular at all. I don't understand the colour decisions for him, surely a bomber jacket with green metallic scales would have been better???? Also all the boys hairstyles are awful. Also maybe they don't feel they can go crazy with the boys clothes like they can with the girls maybe? It seems weird that the two boy dolls featured are both in black. Crab girl - Rupaul's Drag Race contestant, probably the first to get eliminated. I actually like what she's wearing because it's so 80s and dramatic BUT as you say it doesn't give me crab at all.

I’m not sure how I feel about the 4 inch plastic mini ones coming soon 😂🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤔. I didn’t buy the teen crab 🦀 or swan 🦢 🖤 yet I actually like the peacock 🦚 a lot and the koi fish is cute. I do hate that these went back to blind plastic dangerous to open packaging.
