@@woytzekbron7635 I showed this sketch to some young Kiwis I work with, and their reaction was priceless! It's an incredible nation, as they can laugh at themselves. I don't remember who, but someone once said that good comedy is when we laugh at the jokes during the performance, and later at home, we realize that most of the time, we were laughing at ourselves. I think Piotrek was provoking a bit during that "tough time" with the audience, but that's what made it so funny - he wasn't afraid to step a little outside the bounds of political correctness.

As far as compulsory voting goes, it is only compulsory to get your named marked off the electoral roll, and then you can walk back outside without voting.

I recommend a fragment from the most famous comedy series in Poland, filmed in Wrocław. The whole of Poland knows the series. It ridicules the flaws, habits and vices common to the entire country and all Poles. It was filmed from the late 1990s until probably 2022. The series "Świat według Kiepskich". A scene from the series "Świat według Kiepskich - Biurokracja". It may be a hit because its super funny but it need English subtitles. The scene lasts only over 4 minutes and is on the Polsat channel on YT
