Current mods: Engine: 1. Banks Sidewinder turbo(Mitsubishi TE06H) 2. ARP Headstuds 3. Vacuum pump delete(replaced with electric) 4. R&D IDI Performance RD2-110 110CC injection pump(with custom adjustments) 5. R&D IDI Performance stage 1 injectors 6. One of only a few experimental sets of decompression head gaskets, .110 thick. Valve rockers machined to compensate. 7. Stronger, TrickFlow valve springs. I also had the engine rebuilt recently; it's bored .030 over. And the shop screwed it up, #1 exhaust valve hitting the piston, and destroying the valve guide. So it's got one 'new' head on it, and one 'randomly pulled from pile of parts' head. Truck: 1. Hydroboost brake conversion(using stock PS pump and steering box, plus hydrobooster from 2003 Ford E450) 2. Custom bumper, home made. Slightly bent after sliding into a guard rail one winter. 3. Adjustable, custom-made clutch master cylinder rod, to take up slack. Also, adjustable throwout bearing/slave cylinder lever, same purpose. 4. GearVendors overdrive unit 5. Hacked up wiring; whatever it took to make it /work/ at the time.

Lets see... 1. accurate digital water temp gauge(not shown here) 2. Digital oil pressure gauge, which has a flakey upper digit. So I can tell its X5 or X9 psi, and if it's over or under 18 psi by the warning LED on the gauge 3. Boost gauge, mechanical. I checked it to within 2 PSI of nominal with some gauges at work. 4. Custom digital tachometer/calculated-speedometer. An arduino project I made(that's the 4-line LCD)... in this video, it's not working right; I've got a loose signal wire somewhere.

+MacRobb Simpson oh nice seems like your stuff figured out. I wish I had more r&d goodies but I have two trucks so been trying to get em mechanically tip top first buy both are turbocharged one ats and one is a hypermax. What kind of boost numbers you seeing with that setup?
