Your documentary proved me right. I always noticed that sad, lost look of yours. Also, I do remember you were joking-not-joking about it all the time. I guess having anxiety and depression myself (at a time when it wasn't common to admit it) made it more noticeable for me. I'm glad you found true love and what you always wanted: a family. The way your babies cry when you leave home is the way I feel every day when I have to leave mine for work. For some people, it is just the moment when they can finally disconnect because family is "too much" for them. Others, like us, can't stand the idea of being away from them, but we also understand we have to provide for them and help them protect their own dreams. With great power comes great responsibility, I guess.

"Jesus didn't die for you" - is a direct reference from an interview with Robbie Williams, it means - "Jesus didn't die for us... to go to war", the great contradiction of the divinity and purpose of a "God" or equivalent. He discusses the Iraq war and the notion of a "Holy War", which is a direct contradiction of the term "Holy" - no war is holy, killing in the name of "God" to justify your purpose to kill others is blasphemous.
@DrinkinMusic8 жыл бұрын
+TheNomadicGrammarNazi Not according to each religion, according to the people in the religious beliefs. Nowhere in the bible does it justify crusades. Just because people did it doesn't justify it's purpose nor does it mean it's actual good reason or how it's supposed to be.
@NordicAspect8 жыл бұрын
+Ace Bluesummers But it is justified in there to stone unfaithful women and people who work on Sundays, not to mention it showcases the alleged son of a fucking God getting so mad at a tree that he ends up cursing it forever. Also, the book does in fact urge people to spread the faith in all corners of the world meaning that if there's a corner that just outright refuses to accept it will you then directly defy what the bible says and just give up on spreading it or just crusade the shit out of them because that leads to Jesus' desired outcome, a unified faith. I'm saying this all just as a reminder that the book is in fact written by humans, invented by humans, modified by humans during the ages to fit modern customs and it's not the first or the last "holy" book to be worshiped around the world. Have a nice day.
@DrinkinMusic8 жыл бұрын
NordicAspect Yeah that's just not true any more directly it's your opinion on the matter. I am not a religious beliver but to talk about the bible and religion the way you do is actually very ignorant and incredibly arrogant. But I am not going to discuss religion nor am I going to discuss it with you because for all I care; you can believe whatever you want to believe and you can think whatever you want to think. Cheers!
@NordicAspect8 жыл бұрын
Ace Bluesummers I respect your wish to disengage but I'm also quite curious what part in what I said is actually 100% false? I mean the bible does say all those things, I've read it. But perhaps you were referring to me applying attitudes and norms from hundreds of years ago to modern day religion and people? If that's the case then I understand but as far as human psyche goes not a lot has changed in a 1000 years all things considered...in my opinion. Cheers to you too and have a pleasant day.
