I've said it before, i'll say it again, Robby, you need to get yourself a laser cleaner. Get the right one & it welds too. Having Shawn & upgrading all the work you do. It's almost essential for lowering man hours & Working smarter, not harder. Ty for taking us along

For as large and busy as Robby's business is, I find it hard to believe that he doesn't have a sand/media blaster that can do frames, rims/wheels, body panels, etc. Farming out jobs has to be costly when it could be done in house. The powder coating I can understand, but there are enough projects from what he videos, and those we don't see but hear about, that an on-hand blaster would speed things up a bit and make builds/repairs more efficient time wise. Also, the savings in fuel costs by not having to tote things back and forth to outside facilities would remarkable.

I don't understand why you don't have, rent or buy a sand blaster and compressor. They are frequently sold at auctions. The time spent on the sanding and hauling the frame around would pay for it.
