@danab1729 ай бұрын
Robert, you talk about that guy that if stranded on an island, would choose a book to read on how to build ships. Verses, for example, reading Moby Dick. ( Which is my favorite book, btw. ) You also say that people should follow their passion. Im seeing a contradiction as i attempt to figure out my own life, one that had been soley about survival. Here i am, 47 years old, essentially stranded on an island, you have no idea. Or, do you? And i have a card to play that ive been avoiding for years. A water management certificate. Its not poetry or walks in nature or expressive art or passionate playful fantasies, thats for sure. But, I have to get off this island. In one of your videos, you mentioned that guy that saw god in everything. Thats a great motivator too. Idk, everyone always says to do what you are good at. But what if that is something that you cant survive on or that gives you a true sense of purpose. A purpose that connects what you are lacking and longing for.
