I'm a few turns into my Empire campaign, when the cat paws away all the trade and non-aggression pacts.. I felt that in the heart.

@@Ahrone1586 Most times the AI start off with base 0 scores in diplomacy rating. Aside from the AI that actually are programmed to start with a negative rating due to the Devs trying to be lore-friendly. At 10 Diplomacy it's possible to gain a Non-Aggression treaty but on a roll-table depending on the faction. If your negotiating with the same faction types it's more likely to pass. so at 20-30 then 50-60, so on so forth. I'm not completely sure about the exact tables but that's pretty much the jist of it. Empire factions are also more inclined to be more fickle with the new system in place. You also have to balance your Imperial Authority with diplomacy points as well. That's just my experience with the new system. Also you don't want to be in wars when making diplomacy options. AI tend to reject treaties unless you have a high score with them during wars.

It's just sad that you can't have a military alliance with your fellow countrymen, it would make dealing with Manfred a walk in the park if you could telle every county to B-line it toward Sylvania.

@Lord Admiral Spire Problem is Skaven have literally undermined the entire planet. The only place they don't have tunnels is Ulthuan, and that is because it genuinely floats on the water so any attempt to dig up from under it would immediately be flooded. So any attempt like this would just see the ratmen emerge from beneath the artillery and wipe them out.

And here I was only running 7 mortars in each armies artillery. 10/10, Brilliant Tutorial. All I had to do was run more firework launchers. Before, the enemy was reaching my line of swordsmen and killing my hero as I nuked them out of existence, but with this one simple trick, everything changed.
