Not even closed beta testing (internal, not Creator access) has started for 2.3 characters yet. I'd guess near the start of June for creators to make videos.

I want to start building a follow-up team but only have Ratio, do you think its better to pull for robin or topaz? Or damn it all and pull for Aventurine now?

If u don't have sustaine aventurine is best sustain.If u want to increase DMG for ratio follow up team robin is good choice.

It depends. Usually, it would be Robin > Aventurine > Topaz but if you have Ruan Mei then I think getting Aventurine will be the better pull. Topaz is good in the team ofc, but she doesn't offer much unti e1s1 and that's pretty expensive. I'm going for Robin and I have both Ratio and Aventurine. I can just slot in Pela in place of Topaz for more consistent debuffs and then later down the line I can slot in Jiaoqiu, who's essentially a better Pela in the near future.

What about robin herta himeko and a healer ? Would that be a viable team ?

It would be great for PF (you'd want to use Gallagher as your healer, or just use another support), and SU, but only situationally useful in other content.
