Because of you people players like Robin singh are not hailed good. In a video exclusive for Robin singh you fool talking of dravid who was a bloody selfish player and tried to ruin the careers of big indian players. I saw a video of him facing shoaib akhtar where he was trembling with fear. He never faced quality pacers as played down unlike sachin saurav Or sunil gavaskar and faced spinners whom he could score at will mostly on indian pitches. I consider him a shit selfish very normal player. I challenge anyone who can show me him facing quality pacers above continuous speed of 145 and scoring. So please respect a quality player like Robin singh who really played for country and not self but remained as one of the unsung heroes

No bro a wicket kepper was not consider for batting during those days. He was only considered for keeping that’s why even best wicket keepers of those days also didnot have great batting averages. It’s only after ghilchrist and sangakara came the concept of wicket keeper cum batsmen came into picture.

True. Though Pakistan made 327 we had set a platform in our chase where we could have won the match. But the mindset of 90s meant we failed. Years later in a similar ODI chase in 2012 Asia Cup against Pakistan, India needed 80 odd in last 10 overs and made it easily, the game where VK made 183

Everybody has praised all his talents... but one more talent he had in yhose days... he was the only player in our team, who scores more runs than the balls he faces. He had the highest strike rate those days. He was the last hope for winning a match. if he gets out we switch off the TV. He made his debut at the age of 34 or 35 I think. Politics in cricket.. They were in search of an all rounder spot go be filled and they selected him. And they dropped him because he questioned some of BCCIs bad decision. True hero like him will always be a LEGEND in 90s kids mind.
